Privacy Policy
How NEOP collects, uses and protects your personal data, and what rights you have.
At NEOP we respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal data. This policy explains what we collect when you visit neop.sa or contact us, how we use it, who we share it with, and the rights you have under the Personal Data Protection Law of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
1. Data we collect
Data you give us when you fill in a form on the website (consultation request, contact, job application, newsletter):
- Your name, phone number, email address and company name.
- The services you are interested in, your message, and any attachments you send (such as a CV).
Data collected automatically as you browse:
- IP address, browser type, device and operating system.
- The pages you visited, where you came from (for example an ad or search engine) and advertising campaign parameters.
- Cookie identifiers described in section 4.
2. How we use your data
- To answer your enquiries and consultation requests and offer you suitable services.
- To manage our relationship with you and improve our services and the website.
- To measure our advertising campaigns and understand where visits and enquiries come from.
- To send our newsletter if you subscribed; you can unsubscribe at any time.
- To comply with applicable laws and protect the website from misuse.
3. Legal basis
We process your data based on your consent (for example submitting a form or accepting cookies), to act on your request before entering into a contract, for our legitimate interests that do not override your rights, or to meet a legal obligation.
4. Cookies and measurement tools
We use cookies and similar technologies to run the website, analyse its use and measure advertising. They include:
- Necessary cookies that make the site work and remember preferences such as language.
- Analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager, to understand how visitors use the site.
- Advertising measurement tools such as the Meta (Facebook and Instagram) Pixel and the Conversions API. When you submit a consultation form we may send Meta a "Lead" event with advertising identifiers (fbp and fbc), your IP address and browser type, and your email and phone number only after hashing them with SHA-256, so they are never sent in readable form. This is used to measure and improve the delivery of our ads.
You can decline non-essential cookies through the consent banner or your browser settings; blocking them may affect some site features.
5. Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal data. We may share it, to the minimum necessary, with:
- Service providers working for us, such as hosting, email and customer relationship management (CRM) systems, who must protect it and use it only for our purposes.
- Analytics and advertising platforms (Google and Meta) as described in section 4.
- Authorities where required by law or a court order.
Some of this data may be processed outside the Kingdom by the providers above; we make sure this is done in line with legal requirements.
6. How long we keep it
We keep your data for as long as needed for the purposes in this policy or as the law requires, then delete it or make it anonymous.
7. How we protect it
We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data from unauthorised access, loss or alteration, such as encrypted connections (HTTPS) and restricted access rights. No method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure, however.
8. Your rights
You have the right to:
- Know what data we hold about you, access it and obtain a copy.
- Ask us to correct, update or destroy your data.
- Withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting processing already carried out.
- Object to the use of your data for marketing.
To exercise any of these rights, contact us at the email below and we will reply within a reasonable time.
9. Children
Our website is aimed at individuals and businesses and we do not knowingly collect data from anyone below the legal age. If you believe a child has given us their data, contact us and we will delete it.
10. External links
The website may link to other sites (such as social media). We do not control their privacy practices and recommend reading their policies.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time and will publish the new version on this page. Continuing to use the website after a change means you accept it.
12. Contact us
